For right or left foot, measure around the ankle for correct sizing. Large: 9.0 - 10.0 in. How to wear
* Slide injured foot into the elastic sleeve. See diagram (on package) for left ankle. (For right ankle, turn the support inside-out)
* Wrap the strap around the ankle as shown in pictures 2 and 3
* Attach the hook fastener. Adjust strap until fit is firm yet comfortable Care
Close strap prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners..© 2009 3M
