Exchange Policy:

In the event the product is spoilt due to manufacturing defect, 1-to-1 exchange will be done. However, delivery expenses will be beared by the buyer for returns of defected product.

Please note that delivery will take 3 to 5 working days, which do not include Saturday, Sunday, eve of Public Holiday and Public Holiday.
