Note: If no 4G signal is available the SIM will run on 3G network so you can expect a great connection from almost anywhere in the country.

 Almost all mobile models, except Dual SIM phones, HTC, Blackberry and any smart phones made in China ( Xiaomi, Lenovo etc.)

Support bands
• 800MHz(band 26) for 4G
• 1800MHz(band 3) for 2G and 4G
• 2100MHz(band 1) for 3G only
• 2600MHz(band 7) for 4G

So any LTE device with band 3 will work on EE’s core 4G network, which is used in all 4G enabled areas.
Not supported Phone: Customize Phone/Phone locked by carrier. Dual SIM phone please make sure phone support 4GLTE and leave un-used slot empty.

How to Use

Activation:

After receiving the SIM card, just follow the steps below:

1 Scan the QR code on the user manual;

2 Input the SN number, activation date and your Email address;

3 We will arrange the activation according to the activate date specified by customer.

Activation time usually will be 9:00am（Los Angeles Time） of onwards, closing time will be 24:00. (different cities have time difference)

We will activate your card in accordance with your activate date. Please be noticed that neither rescheduling of activation would be arranged, nor refund will be given, if you change your travel itinerary without noticing us at least 4 days in advance(contact us at Hi@andystrip.com).

2.Singpost Smart pac mini (+$3.2):2 - 3 working days
Postman delivers SmartPac to recipient’s doorstep. If unsuccessful, postman will deliver to letterbox instead. (Trackable and deliver to door step or drop off to letterbox)
