Product Description

The BSA Pinewood Derby Steering Axle with a 1.5 Degree Bend takes the stress out of getting your car to run straight.

To win races, your car needs to steer straight so you do not lose speed when your car hits the guide rails. To make your car roll straight, replace one of your front axles with the BSA Steering Axle from Pinewood Pro. Orient the slot vertically, straight up and down. Then roll your car. If it is steering left or right, your car will lose speed. To make it steer straight, simply insert a screw driver into the slot on your steering axles and turn it a few degrees left or right and roll your car again. Repeat until your car is rolling straight....it''s as easy as that!

The Pinewood Derby BSA Steering Axle will help increase your car''s speed while saving hours of time trying to fine tune your car''s steering.

Package contains ONE single axle with 1.5 degree bend to adjust pinewood derby car steeringConvenient screw driver slot for easy turningAxle is polishedA single, polished BSA axle from the Offical Cub Scout pinewood derby kitAxle head is cut back to reduce friction where axle contacts wheel

IMPORTANT NOTES: You only need a slight 1.5 degree bend to steer your wheels. THE 1.5 DEGREE BEND IS A VERY SLIGHT BEND THAT YOU CAN NOT SEE WITH THE NAKED EYE. However, if you roll the bent axle on a flat surface, you will see that it does not roll smoothly compared to an unbent axle.
