These are CLEAR shrink wrap bands for standard size lip balm tubes (same as Burt's Bees or Chapstick).
Horizontal perforation at cap line
Place the tube inside the sleeve and heat with a heat gun to shrink the band around the stick for a professional look.
The sleeves are 2 3/4" long by 1 3/16" wide and perforated at the cap, 3/4" from the top.
