Q: When I grind pepper,it's too hard to turn, what should I do ?
A: Cause you adjust ceramic grinding rotor too tight,and some spice powder in the ceramic core card slot.Pls don't adjust the knob too tight and clean the pepper powder out with the little brush.

Q: Why I can't open the bottle top?
A:When temperature is lower than usual,if you screw the top too tight,it will hard for you to open it, we suggest you don't screw the top too tight.

Q: Is this pepper mills made of stainless steel completely?
A: No,the lid surface covered by stainless, and inside of the lid and the coarseness adjust knob is PP.

Q: What I will get, including salt or pepper in the bottle?
