Live (L) wires should usually be red and Neutral (N) wires should usually be black.

Note that Earth wire should usually be green or yellow or even both.
It should be connected to the metal base of the light cover and should not touch the LED lighting.

Do not panic if your Live and Neutral wires are not the of the same colour as the given ones above. As long as the Earth wire which should usually be green/yellow does not go into the connector of the LED light, it should work. Does not need to identify which is Live and which is Neutral as you can connect either side of the connector with your Live and Neutral wire.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1. If the item is defective and under warrranty, how to proceed with the exchange?: Please inform us by email or phone number before sending the item and after receiving the defective item, we will send out replacement to you. Alternatively, you may visit our warehouse at 48 Hillview Terrace #02-06 to do an exchange. Do remember to put in your name and return address on the mailer.
Q2. What do i need to bring for the store pick up?: You will need to present the voucher code either on a print out from your email or on your mobile device via SMS from Qoo10 or you can log on to your Qoo10 app when you are here. Without the voucher code, we will not allow the orders to be picked up.

Q3. Why doesn't my driver come with a double-sided tape?
Only LED lights with built-in magnets comes with double-sided tape. If magnets are seperated pack from LED light, there should be 6 pieces of screw on magnets. 2 magnets for drivers and 4 magnets for the LED light.
