DESCRIPTION

Scored a Bronze Award in The Golden Bean coffee awards. It is a unique natural hybrid of Arabica and Robusta, a wildly grown single origin native to the mountains of Ailleu and Maubisse in Timor Leste. It has the sweetness and mouthfeel of Arabica with the strength of a Robusta. A versatile bean it can run the gauntlet from a punchy, full bodied deep caramel with velvety mouthfeel to a bright, light to medium bodied brew with softer cherry notes. Thus depending on your desired extraction you can have a high quality creamy flat white or a refined delicious long black. It is organically processed, with no use of harsh methyl-bromide solutions or pesticides. It is directly trade with over 40 farming families ensuring that the coffee is going the furthest to support Timorese escape the cycle of disadvantage that so many coffee producers around the world are trapped in.
