Suggested Use

Loading Period: During the first two months consume two scoops, two or three times per day before meals, on an empty stomach. Maintenance Period: Reduce to one scoop, two times per day.
Mix the content of one scoop in 215 mL (4.2 oz) minimum of water, stir until completely dissolved. Store in a cool area.
