Samurai offers superior cut protection with a special patented wrapping process using Spectra space age fibers. The Samurai outperforms heavier gauge competition in cut-resistance, comfort and durability. It is classified as SpectraGuard and has the highest level of protection, American ASTM F-1790 level 4 / ENN388 CE level 5. The Samurai also features AlphaSan antimicrobial protection that last the life the glove. AlphaSan helps prevent and reduce bacterial growth on the surfaces of the glove. Excellent protection for all food preparation operations including de-boning, and slicer blade maintenance. Excellent industrial protection in handling sharp materials in applications with glass, sheet metal or razor sharp steel. Machine washable, bleachable.
