Myofascia Rope Ball is a great tool for muscle knots you just canﾒt reach. The rope helps you to keep the ball on the right spot either by leaning on a wall or laying down on the floor. Myofascia Rope Ball comes with two balls. On the other end of the rope there is a ball with smooth surface and on the other a spikey ball. Choose the one which suits the best for your needs.
