SUGGENTED USE: *Super Cleanse was designed to be taken in the evening as a natural bowel cleanser. Take 1 tablet in the evening , increasing intake by one tablet every other evening until you achieve 2-3 bowel movements per day. Do not exceed 6 tablets of this product per day. Once you find the correct number of tablets, you can continue with that amount for enhanced bowel cleansing.

Warnings
This product contains Cascara Sagrada Bark. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your physician before use. Not intended for long term use., Consult your physician prior to using this product it you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, under 18 years of age or have a medical condition. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery.KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
