The Australian R2E2 (Honey Gold, Calypso) Mango bursting with juice while having a sweet mild flavour that is available during October to February. Furthermore, it has a high flesh to seed ratio, meaning it has little seeds, with very slight fibre. It is big and round that is green with a yellow blush when not ripe yet while it is orange in colour with a red blush when ripe. <br><br><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Store them out of direct sunlight at room temperature for a few days until they ripen. Once ripe, they can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days before use.
