Before using the pipette， you should wash it with chromic acid
wash， to remove oil of pipe wall. Then the remaining lotion is washed
with water， and washed with distilled water again. After washing the
pipet wall should not have water droplets.Before remove the liquor，
should be blot up inside and outside the pipette tip with filter paper，
and then use the liquor rinsed pipe wall 2 to 3 times， in order to
ensure that the concentration of the liquor are the same.
