The pan features tall, straight sides, which help prevent splatters and spills, while its large side-handles ensure a secure hold when transporting the pan to and from the oven. Also included is a V-shaped roasting rack that elevates large cuts of meat to promote even heating and makes it easy to collect natural juices from the base of the pan. The rack is capable of holding a 20 pound turkey. The roaster is oven safe to 600 degrees Fahrenheit and is backed by a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. It is also dishwasher safe.
