Method:
Cut Clean and dried the fish 300g. Place it on a plate for later use. Clean and cut the leaf mustard cabbage hearts 100g. Mix it with a few oil, sugar and corn flour. Place ginger and the leaf mustard cabbage hearts on the fish. Put in a steamer over boiling water and cook for 12 minutes.
Steam pork Chicken/Beef with leaf mustard cabbage
Method:
Clean the leaf mustard cabbage 100gand cut into small pieces. Stir with a few oil and sugar. Place the marinated meat 160g with leaf mustard cabbage hearts on a plate. Put into a steamer and cook for 15minutes over hight heat. Serve hot.

Method:
Wash, dry and cut the leaf mustard cabbage very finely. Add a few oil, sugar and mashed garlic, stir well. Heat the wok till high heat. Pour in the leaf mustard cabbage hearts. When the leaf mustard cabbage is almost cooked, pour in the scrambled eggs to fry until aromatic. Remove and serve hot.
