Our Kelp Noodles are so easy to prepare and great-tasting you'll be amazed with just how many ways you can prepare them. No cooking is required. Just rinse and add to any dish and they're ready to enjoy!
Suggested Use
Rinse the noodles in water and cut to desired length.
Refrigerate in water after opening.
Coleslaw with Green Tea Kelp Noodles
cup red cabbage shredded
cup green cabbage shredded
1 Package Green Tea Kelp Noodles rinsed & drained cut into 1-inch pieces
2 Medium carrots shredded
cup extra virgin olive oil
cup apple cider vinegar
4 Tbsp agave nectar
1 inch ginger grated
Put shredded cabbages carrots and noodles into bowl together and mix well. Put oil vinegar agave nectar and ginger in blender. Blend well and pour over the slaw. Mix well and enjoy!
Refrigerate after opening
