SUGGESTIONS:
* Start out with 1 tablet in the evening on an empty stomach
* Increase by one tablet each evening until you experience 2-3 bowel movements per day
* Maintain that dosage until loose stool develops
* When you experience loose stool, simply decrease the dosage by 1 tablet
* Maintain the lower dosage until loose stool develops
* Decrease each time loose stool develops until you experience
2-3 bowel movements per day on your own-Do not exceed 6 tablets of this product per day

Warnings
This product contains Cascara Sagrada Bark. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your physician before use. Not intended for long term use.
