Would get a pimple every now and then, with a maximum of two on my entire face. Then I bought this. Like another review said, the first night was great. When I woke up the second night, I had pimples on my forehead, chin and sides of my cheeks. I stopped immediately and then tried again a week later to see if my reaction would be the same. I have stopped counting at 25 pimples!!! I am having a massive break out that I had managed to avoid my entire teenage years! Some pimples came up huge with a massive pus filled head (EWW!) but a majority are red blemishes just under the skin. I don't know what is going on, since this natural cream is supposed to moisturize without causing breakouts. I can understand if I was always prone to breakouts, but I'm not- so this was very alarming. Since it does have many good reviews, you can try it and see how your skin reacts, every individual is different. However, to my surprise, I was not expecting the product to be warming to the point of a burn and leaving my skin stung. I've never been prone to irritation and was left restless after applying this night cream. After the time I spent looking into a wide selection of moisturizers I am really disappointed with my pick. Especially, because I drove out of town just to buy it since my city's grocery store carries the basic, minimal products.
