Exchange Policy
 
Exchange will only be done for defective items
 
Please contact us in 3 days after receiving the item by email to get an exchange. We will respond to you as soon as possible.
 
In the event of a defective piece, please send us a picture of the item and we will advise you on the exchange procedure.
 
Returned items must be in original condition with intact tag/packaging
 
A new piece will be sent to you by registered post upon receiving the defective piece.
 
If item is out of stock, you will be given the option to exchange for a different design of the same value.
 
No refund will be given under any circumstances.
