Qihong Black Tea Kung Fu also called Keemun Black Tea Kung Fu, it is a kind of black tea that produced in Qimen county in Anhui Province. Qihong refer to its originated place and color, Kung Fu is a kind of skill of making tea. Qihong Kung Fu tea rich in riboflavin, folic acid, carotene, tocopherol and chlorophyll quinone, and it is an important source of fluoride in food. Caffeine in the black tea has the effect of refreshing the blood vessels and stimulating the heart, thereby speeding up the blood circulation and metabolism, to eliminate the effect of fatigue.

Brewing Method:

Do not use boiling water brewing tea, generally about 90º C~95 º C is appropriate. Use bottled drinking water for best flavor, let boil and sit to cool slightly for 2-3 minutes. If you would like to taste the subtle flavors of the tea, steeping for 2-3 minutes or for a shorter period of time. The tea may be infused at least 3 times.
