Your merchandise would be packaged in the most unconspicuous way to avoid unwarranted attention. Item(s) will be packed into a plastic bag first before putting into an opaque envelopes.
5. Exchange/Refund Policy
An exchange will be done only if the item(s) sent is defective/incorrect. The item(s) returned must be in a brand new condition. Under all circumstances, a one-for-one exchange will be provided. There is strictly no cash refund unless the exact same piece is out of stock.
All exchanges/refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
