If the receipt of the ordered item is deffect from manufacture, our store will replace it with the NEW.
Note:
- 1. Customer shall inform the complainant to seller max 3 days from date of receipt of goods. (By mentioning Order number and no Rishi)
- 2. Exchange (exchange) tailored to the stock of color / stock of goods in our warehouse.
- 3. Goods in complain and has been approved the replacement must be in the same condition when in receipt (It should not be used). If the use of the seller is entitled to cancel the exchange
- 4. Goods deffect shall be sent back to our warehouse max 7 days from the approved date. If the limit exceeds 7 calendar days then seller is not obliged to replace / exchange in any form
- 5. Subject Ongkir return or re-delivery to the buyer's responsibility (Seller does not bear any togkir)
