DON'T WORRY if it takes a few minutes to fill the tip with ink, we assure you
that it's worth the wait and it will be love at first sight.
1. Take the cap and hold the tip up-right.
2. Press the tip slightly to relieve pressure.
3. Shake well with the cap on and up-right for 20-30 seconds.
4. Press the tip on a flat surface and hold down for 20-30 seconds repeatedly.
5. Take the pen off the paper (allowing the tip to come back out) and then press it
back down for 10 seconds - repeat this last step until you see the bright white ink
come out. Some types of chalk ink take longer to come out but this should work!
If you live in a dry climate, please dampen the tips with clean water before using.
This helps the water based resin flow easier.
