MDF Grinder is a Burr Grinder with a compartment which collects the ground coffee. Grinding coffee beans is an essential component in producing the perfect espresso. If they are ground too fine, the coffee will taste bitter; if they are ground too course, it will taste sour. Gaggia MDF has 34 settings. This grinder allows the user to grind coffees fine enough for espresso or coarse enough for Filter and plunger coffees. It ensures the optimum grind for all styles of coffee. The Dosing lever allows you to dose 8oz of coffee at the pull of a level, straight into the filter holder.
