"Xperia XZ 1" is a series of Deff's popular bumpers composed of edges and tapers, but refined design by making the cross section oval shape, leaving "Chrono rustiness".
We also review the elements required for bumpers, such as protecting the display, and firmly protect the display by drawing out the apex portion of the ellipse from the display.
Furthermore, while leaving the shape like the aluminum bumper on the side, to make it feel more comfortable when holding it to a rather large R shape.
We also redesigned the latch structure that fixes the product to a more easily detachable shape while leaving good.
The material is reliable, light weight, A6063 aluminum alloy which is used for various industrial products.
We are cutting from the state of block luxuriously one by one with CNC cutting (computer controlled cutting).
Surface treatment is based on craftsmen's manual work and has achieved a very beautiful finish by color alumite treatment.
