A. When using over a sheet mask :
1. Put a commercial sheet mask on your face.
2. Then， place this silicone mask over the sheet mask， lining up the eye-holes first and then the hole for the mouth.
3. Pull the ear loops over the ears.
4. Leave both masks on for as long as instructed for the commercial sheet mask.
B. When using over a sheet mask:
1. Remove make-up and take a bath.
2. Place the silicone mask on your skin， lining up the eye-holes first and then the hole for the mouth.
3. Pull the ear loops over the ears.
4. Leave it on for about 10 to 15 minutes. (Your own body temperature will cause your face to perspire.)
How to adjust the size:
1. Pull the ear loops over the ears.
2. If they are too tight， cut the loop along the lines shown in the above illustration.
3. Try cutting along the inner line first. The loops should stretch better.
