A Conventional Juicer utilizes a fast spinning metal blade against a mesh filter to produce juice. During the juicing process, heat is generated by the fast spinning blade which destroys the enzymes and nutrients in fruits through oxidization. A Slow Juicer extracts juice through crushing and pressing. This juicing process prevents heat production which also prevents the fruits from oxidizing, extracting most of the enzymes and nutrients from the fruits. The juicing process also produces more dried pulps, extracting more juice as compared to a conventional juicer.
