Please note: Letter balloons are air-fill only. Please do not fill balloons with helium as they will not float and may pop. Balloons will arrive flat. Inflate by mouth with the included straw or balloon pump. Balloons have hole-punched tabs on the top and bottom for stringing into a banner. These balloons are reusable. They can be re inflated using a straw once they start to lose air however, they do not completely deflate.
