 Recipe: simple sambal prawns

Ingredients: 
- 500g White Prawns (defrosted & cleaned, feelers and legs trimmed)
- 1 small red onion (sliced)
- 1tbsp oil
- 1pkt of uncooked chilli
- 1tbsp of sugar
- 1tbsp of tomato sauce
- dash of light sauce 

Instructions:
1. Heat up the oil in a wok
2. Add the slices of onions into the hot oil, turn to low fire and fry till onion softens
3. Add in chilli paste, sugar, tomato sauce and light sauce and stir
4. Add in prawns, turn up the fire and stir fry until cooked (add in some water if sauce dries up)
