The KX-TG8120 is the high end answering machine phone model of Panasonic. It has a clean silver look, with straight lines and right angles dominating the outline. It has a colored LCD display screen as well as backlit buttons. The handset has a large speakerphone, and several buttons to control the answering machine. The KX-TG8120 is one of the most advanced phones in Panasonic’s lineup. 200 entries can be stored in the phonebook on the phone. There is also a phone book copy function. Hot keys can be assigned to numbers too. There are call logs, for both incoming and outgoing calls. The phone can be key locked too. Answering a call is as easy as pressing any button. There are also headset ports on the handset. As for the battery, the Nickel-Metal Hydride battery is environmentally friendly and standby for 150 hours on a 7 hour charge. When in use, it can last for 12 hours. The answering machine, clearly the most notable feature, can record 40 minutes of messages. It can also record calls, allowing one to effective screen calls!
