Shipping Notice:

1. All ordered item will be shipped out via Singpost Normal/ Register Mail in 3 working days.

2. If an item unexpectedly out of stock, you will be informed & full refund will be given if do not wish to wait for restock.

Non-registered post

A signature is not required for delivery and tracking is not available. We cannot accept claims for loss or damage. We generally recommend you send your order via registered post.

Registered post

All orders shipped via registered post are insured for loss or damage. Please note that a signature is required for delivery. If you have not received your order in 10 business days after tracking no has been provided, please contact us.

Exchange & Refund:

(1) Please check the item ,capacity & quantity before unpack the item.

(2) Skin care products is a consumable product,it cannot be return once has been unpack due to hygiene basis.

(3) We are happy to refund if any problems with items you received must be reported to us within 3 days. Items must be return in the original condition in which you received. (Please note that theitems must be unopened and unused and you will have to bear ostage costs).
