All manufacturer warranty claims with us must be supported by the Warranty certificate or hang tag showing the model details, and accompanied by your proof of purchase such as a receipt, copy of paypal or eBay transaction.

The manufacturers warranty placed on the products, is valid against defects in material and workmanship for the period of the warranty, as shown on the warranty card. Allowing for reasonable wear and tear, should any fault or defect become apparent during the warranty period, it luggage™ will endeavour to repair or replace your luggage.

it luggage® are unable to take responsibility for any damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse or mishandling, including handling by third parties or damage to the goods, by using them in a way they were not meant to be used.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Keep the water degree below 30, the time for soaking will not exceed 20 minutes.

• Keep the un-diluted washing detergent out of this product so that local fade will not occur.
• Please make the reverse side of this material to the sun when drying in order to keep the color fresh forever.
• The first wash can usually fade the color of the set in an acceptable manner. For this reason, when you wash the set for the first time, do NOT mix with other textile items in your wash machine.

• All sales are final.
