Q: How many times can I pull/push my broom using Paste-It™ tools holder?

 Adhesive hooks, unlike electronic items, it is not a requirement to provide any warranty. Therefore, you will realise that all other global brands of adhesive hooks will never claim or assured if it can last for how long. Kindly advise me if other brands of adhesive hooks are giving warranty, I will love to buy them as well!

 

However, our company staffs had all been given free products to use since 2 yrs ago in their home and are still functioning well. Most important is to prevent sunlight from our product since UV can deteriorate its material. (But aren’t we using this product indoor instead of outdoor?)

 

That’s the reason why our holders are made of metal as compared to other inferior plastic imitations since metal are more durable and malleable (bend w/o breaking).

We don’t recommend our customers to hang expensive and fragile items or anything that exceed the weight limit as indicated.

Yes, our products are sent to Intertek for testing. Intertek is a company with more than 130yrs of experience that specialised in product testing. Rest assured that we also went through other stringent tests to ensure it is safe for children to use too.

 

Q: Can our products be customised?
