It has two small similar plates. You can fix camera by 1/4''-20 screws holes on both sides. Abundance of 1/4''-20 and 3/8''-16 thread holes increase options for accessories mounting, such as ball head and EVF mounts.
Baseplate 1827: above of the baseplate, rubber cushion is provided for avoiding scratch and slipping. 15mm rods are positioned to the lens center, and 85mm standard distance allows you to mount follow focus or lens support easily.
extension cable 1835: it improves the weakness of original F5S short cable. You can relocate the handgrip to achieve the goal of remote control.
LCD Screen Mounting Clamp Adapter 1831: by mounting a 15mm rod with the M12 screw, you can adjust the position of the monitor easily. Two or three solid aluminum alloy adapters can be used on the Sony FS5 handlegrip at the same time.
