1. Take out your ink catridge (old toner + drum). check your manual or search for demo to change tn-1000 on youtube
2. Unhook the old toner from drum (there is a green lever to push). if unsure, check your manual
3. Replace the toner
4. put back ink catridge (new toner + drum) to printer and you are good to print again
