The Samyang 100mm F2.8 ED UMC MACRO lens is the latest lens from Samyang Optics. Full frame compatible, the Samyang100mm is a close up true Macro lens offering 1:1 reproduction ratio for stunning close up and macro and creative photography. Featuring vivid colour reproduction and soft out of focus highlights (bokeh) is an ideal lens for close-up images of flower and insects, or capturing head and shoulder portraits, or general medium distance work.

This lens features 15 lens elements in 12 groups including a high refractive lens (HR) and extra low dispersion lens (ED) to minimize colour aberration and other artefacts in order to achieve maximum resolution and image quality throughout the image. Ultra Multi Coating (UMC) of Samyang Optics is used to optimize the light penetration and minimizes flare and ghost. Features close focusing down to 0.307m.

Ultra Multi Coating (UMC) technology of Samyang Optics reduces flare and ghosting as much as possible to produce a neutral colour balance. The maximum close-up magnification is 1:1. but it can also can be used as 100mm telephoto lens for various purposes such as landscapes and portraits.

The 9 aperture blades offer beautiful natural bokeh even when stopped down. The frame of the lens is compact and solid and constructed from high-strength aluminium alloy. The Samyang 100 macro lens features a removable / detachable lens hood to minimise flare and ghosting.

The Auto Exposure version (Nikon AE) of the Samyang 100mm features an electronic circuit / CPU which allows for full control of exposure parameters accessible from Nikon Digital SLR cameras, including i-TTL flash communication with EXIF data. All exposure parameters are stored in the cameras RAW / jpeg EXIF. data.

Available mounts include Canon EF, Nikon F (AE), Sony E mount, Fujifilm X, and Micro Four Thirds (MFT)

Delivery

We are able to process and dispatch your order within 1 working day. We dispatch orders from Singapore using Singapore Post or other courier companies. For overseas orders, we will use Singapore Post's AirMail, Registered Mail or DHL, the latter two with a parcel's tracking system in placed. For Singapore Delivery, it will take 2 to 3 working days to reach you.   

 

Refund Policy 

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Defective items will be exchanged or Refund. All returns MUST be packaged with all supplied when it was first delivered to you. Item must be in original purchase condition, brand new and unused. Shipping and handling are not refundable under any circumstances. 

  

International buyers 

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
