Centrum for Women is focused on nutritional support specifically addressing bone health and healthy skin & nails, with Calcium and Vitamin D to support healthy bones, while Vitamins A & C and Biotin work on healthy skin, nails and hair. This formula also includes B Vitamins, such as Folic Acid, to support daily energy. (Compared to Centrum Advance & Centrum Advance 50+)

Nutrient needs vary across the life span for men and women. It has been long identified that specific nutrients increase or decrease depending on a person's age and gender. So Centrum has developed a product specially formulated to meet optimal RDI's (Recommended Dietary Intake) and the different health needs of women. Centrum For Women does not contain excessive levels of vitamins and minerals but is developed with levels close to the RDIs, as the role of a multivitamin is to supplement the diet, not replace it.

Directions: Take one tablet daily with water. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

• Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) - 150mg
• Calcium (as calcium carbonate 394.6mg and calcium hydrogen phosphate 5.8mg) - 400mg

• Iron (as ferrous fumarate) - 7.5mg

• Chromium (as chloride) - 25mcg

Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for breastfeeding women, unless advised otherwise by a health professional. When taken in excess of 3000mcg retinol equivilents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. Contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. Do not exceed a daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements. Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. If taking other supplements, read label since supplements may contain the same ingredient(s). Do not take Centrum for Women if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients listed. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Centrum for Women is not intended to treat or cure any medical condition.
