1) All orders will be process within 1-2 working days.

TAKE NOTE: If orders came in on a FRIDAY, orders will be desptach out on the following MONDAY.

2) For any delay or loss of mail in transit, please hold delivery company (QXPRESS) responsible.

3) Delivery will take 2-3 working days to be delivered. 

4) In view that if there is no one at home upon delivery,

delivery company will usually give a call to the buyer (via the number buyer provided during purchase). 

Flash Express offers 3 attempts (original attempt + 2 redeliveries) Redeliveries will be confirmed between Flash Express and buyer. 

5) We DO NOT accept any exchange/refunds as once the products are opened and delivered in good condition,
we are not liable in any damage after the delivery, so please kindly check the item upon delivery.
All products sold will pass our QC check and packed in a set before despatching.
