Delivery

Our logistic department will call you to arrange for a delivery date and time. Our usual delivery schedule is from Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 6PM. (excluding public holiday).

Special request

Please leave any special requests under "Memo” to seller when you check out. Our planning department will try our best to accede to your request if the situation allows.

Product

All our products are 100% authentic and brand new. An 1-to-1 exchange of product due to manufacturing defect(s) must be done within 7 days of delivery in the original factory packing. No exchange will be allowed if product(s) have any scratches, marks, stains or signs of mishandling.
