Frondoside A has potent cytotoxicity against THP-1 and HeLa tumor cell lines with IC50 values of 4.5 µg/mL and 2.1 µg/mL. Additionally, Frondoside A strongly decreased the growth of MDA-MB-231 tumor xenografts.
