How to change battery?
Please replace the battery when readings become erratic or the display clarity fades. Loosen the screws on the back and open the ABS shell, and change it with a new one. (Battery: 3V Model CR2032 Lithium Battery)

Important Notes:
1. Do not soak it in water.
2. When the display is dim, please change the battery as the instruction says and tighten the screws.
3. It needs about a minute for reaction about the temperature.
4. It works better in a freezer or refrigerator.
5. Press CLR button,the max/min temperature readings will be reset.
6. Please clear/reboot if you think the readings are inaccurate.
