<br />User Guide
<br />1.For the first time the heater was installed,it should be turned on several times repeatedly to eliminate the air in the fuel supply system  completely and make the fuel pipeline full of fuel.
<br />2.Commissioning is necessary before you use it. During commissioning, check all connections for leaks and safety conditions. If you find out smoke emissions, abnormal combustion noise or fuel smell, turn off the heater, unplug the fuse, so that it can not run. It can not be used before  professionals overhauled.
<br />3.Before each heating season(winter), a qualified professional must conduct an inspection and complete the following maintenance job:
<br />  a.Check the air inlet and outlet for pollution and foreign matte;
<br />  b.Clean outside of the heater 
<br />  c.Check out whether the spread circuit connector is rusty and loose
<br />  d.Check out whether the intake pipe and exhaust pipe are blocked and   damaged
<br />  e.Check out whether the fuel pipeline is leaked
<br />4.Heater should not be used for a long time, it should be run once every four weeks, each time for about 10 minutes
<br />5. The heater inlet and outlet must be kept free of clogging and dirt, so that the warm air duct unobstructed to prevent overheating failure.
<br />6.when replacing the low temperature drying oil, the heater should be run at least 15 minutes so that the fuel pipe and fuel can pump into the new oil. 
<br />7.the heat switch of heater can not be used more than 10 years. After expiration, you must use genuine parts from the heater manufacturer or its authorized agents to replace it. Overheating sensors must also be replaced at the same time.
<br />8.The heater exhaust combustion pipe need to be updated, if it was arranged in the manned area and the time of use up to 10 years..
<br />9.During the car welding operation, the first power line of the heater should be removed from the battery and grounded to prevent from the damage of controller.
<br />10.During the transport and storage process, the ambient temperature should not exceed from -40 ℃ to -85 ℃, to prevent from the damage to electronic components.

<br />Installation Location:
<br />Using the four screws to fix the heater on the underside of the vehicle, or on the outer wall of the vehicle. Please pay attention to the intake hole and remove the glow plug and the controller to keep enough space for operation.when you install the heater.
<br />1. Using For Truck, Pickup and Bus: The heater is mainly installed in the cab. If it can not be installed in the cab, it is also possible to install the heater in a kit or load box.
<br />a . The heater is located at the foot of the copilot
<br />b . The heater is located on the rear wall of the cab
<br />c. The heater is located under the driver's seat backrest
<br />d. The heater is inside the toolbox
<br />2. Using For Car, Van and Big Sedan: Mainly install the heater in the passenger compartment or trunk of the vehicle. If it can not be installed in the passenger compartment or luggage, the heater can also be fixed under the vehicle under the surface, but it should be splash-proof.

<br />3. Using For RV and Others: Mainly to install the heater in the room or in the trunk. It is also possible to fix the heater to the underside of the vehicle, but it should be splash-proof.

<br />Installation Angle And Fixed:
<br />The heater should be installed at a suitable angle. Depending on installation conditions, the heater can be tilted up to 30 degrees (flow direction downwards) or up to 90 degrees around its own long axis during installation (exhaust pipe is placed horizontally and Ignition village need to be upward-sloping) to mounting the Heaters Holes on the plate to process the exhaust gas, combustion air and fuel tubing with perforations. The mounting surface of the heater feet must be flat.
<br />a . Be sure to leave enough space between the heater and the underside of the vehicle, and  check out whether the ventilation wheel is fine
