Local Customers:

- Normal Mail (by SingPost) – 2-3 days
- Registered Mail (by SingPost) – 2-3 days

- Registered mails are delivered to your doorstep.

Deliveries are made 9am to 6pm daily on working hours. (Highly recommended as we will not be responsible for any loss of items).

Return Mail & Re-delivery

If the mail is not received upon delivery, Singpost will drop a notification card at your house, you can collect the parcel with the notification card from nearest post office on the next day. We always leave our return address as the back of the parcel. Singpost will return the items back to us if it is not delivered or left uncollected for too long. If item is returned to us, we will notify you via email. Delivery fee will be charged at additional SGD$2.24 before we send for redelivery.

You are advice to check your shipment address to avoid undelivered mails. Local orders are usually arranged to be sent out for production after payment is confirmed and verified. We will send you either an SMS or email when your order has been send out. Sometimes due to some unforeseen circumstances (such as stock unavailable, delay in delivery by postal company, etc), some orders may experience delay. We does our best to minimize such events. You should expect to receive your order 2-3 working days (registered mail) after you receive the email informing you that order has been sent.

International Customers

We use postage services provided by SingPost, the most economical method, to mail all overseas parcels. Normal International postage (via Singpost) will apply and it will take approximately 7-21 days for the delivery. (Depending on your location distance from here). The shipping cost is based on Singpost standard shipping rates. There will be an additional SGD$2.20/ 2kg applicable for registered articles (Highly recommended as we will not be responsible for any loss of items).

Returns Policy

We seek your kind understanding goods sold are NON-REFUNDABLE. All damaged goods are exchangable. We will make sure that the products shipped to our customers are in the best possible condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]

If found damaged, please supply us with the order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation email. You are also required to prepare a digital photo of the damaged or defective item with a clear description of the problem and ship back the item. We will repair or replace it absolutely FREE if found to be a shipping damaged goods.

However, unless the products are of electronics, electrical or computer parts related, chances of damage even under rough shipment is greatly minimise.
