It's not a pad but it's the pack of 240 sheets. I wouldn't even call this construction paper...its flimsy and if I hold a "black" sheet up to the light it looks like the night sky!! It is so thin it has holes in it! Not to mention, when compared to an older sheet of black construction paper the "black" in this package is not black. I bought this to make decorations for my son's first birthday party including a paper chain...how am I supposed to make a paper chain out of this?! It's like printer paper!!!
