To adjust the strap:

Step 1: Find the latch at the end of the strap

Step 2: Take a pen, put it through the hole

Step 3: pry the flap open

Step 4: open the flap as seen in photo

Step 5: Slide the latch to where ever you want

Step 6: Close the flap, press it back down. 

(use a pen if not enough strength)
