Cold Application

Freeze it about 1-2 hours before your application, please be carefully to apply it on your eyes, if the temperature is too low for you, please cover the eye mask with cloth or towel. And the eyes skin is sensitive, better not to apply it too much time, 10-15 minutes is OK.

Heat Application

Microwave the eye mask flatten for 30 seconds with intermediate fire. And better not to make the bands touch the microwave oven. It lasts work for 20 minutes at a time.
