The designed stitching area is: 111 stitches x 154 stitches, you can choose to stitch either on 14 count aida or 18 count aida, 

if you stitch on 14 count aida, the finished stitching area would be
8 inch x 11 inch.

if you stitch on 18 count aida, the finished stitching area would be
6.16 inch x 8.55 inch.

Please take note that :

Selling price set according to the designed area, the larger area will cost more on fabric and also on threads, so it will be differ for different projects. I will quote you the price of your special design before you proceed the payment.  

The stitching kit will be including stitching chart, cross stitch fabric, threads & needle.
