| Regular Pads Set contains a mix of pads including: printed pads double gauze pads cotton flannel pad pads and waffle pads. Each pad is soft and gentle on the skin and can be washed and re-used making them both practical and environmentally friendly. *Back of the pads are not bleached and are not luminous being made from cotton flannel (cotton with a slight nap). Therefore there may be small black dots on the fabric due to the lack of bleach. Products with black dots are in no way affected and the black dots are a guarantee that the product is not bleached or dyed. |

| How to Use Please wash the pad before use as this will help enhance its absorbent properties and bring out its soft texture. We recommend changing your pad once every four hours (approximately four times a day) and wearing a new pad at night. These numbers will differ from person to person and from day to day so it is best to check your own level of bleeding and use pads that match your body type needs and requirements. Washing 1. Reserve Pad Ensure a pad is washed and kept in reserve. Use soap and water to lightly wash the surface of the pad. 2. Soaking. Fill a bucket with water and add baking soda (bicarbonate of soda) using 5g-10g of soda per liter of water. Leave the pad soak in the solution for 12-24 hours. For an extra effective wash add a few drops of essential oil to help kill bacteria. 3. Rinsing Once the pad has soaked take it out of the solution and press lightly to extract the water. The pad can now be washed in a washing machine if you so wish. When washing in a machine we recommend using a washing net and washing once only. (It is not essential to re-wash in a washing machine) 4. Drying. Dry the pad to ensure all water leaves the pad. Open the pad out for best results. |

| Alkaline Powder and Zip-up Bag |
Set come with 50g of alkaline powder and a zip-up polyethylene bag. We recommend storing your used pads in the bag while you are out. The opaque bag hides the contents of the bag while the zip ensures the contents are secure. The alkaline powder is akin to baking soda (bicarbonate of soda) and can be used to help clean your pads and prevent unwanted odors ? perfect for work traveling or out with friends. Inorganic material included in the powder is also environmentally friendly. Out and About - Pad Care 1. The main idea is to not let the pad dry. In order to do this you will need: your alkaline powder or water (in spray format). 2. Place the used pad in the zip-up bag (or similar bag) and place the baking soda (or spray the water) inside the bag to keep the pad moist. 3. Keep your zip-up bag in a different bag or pouch. This makes the zip-up bag easier to carry and helps to prevent unwanted odors. (Instead of a zip-up bag a rubber bottle or similar container may also be used). You may then proceed to wash the pad as described above once you are home. *Color names used by Shirohato and that listed on the product tag may differ. *Depending on your monitor settings the actual color of the product may differ slightly from that shown on screen. |
