Olympus has been setting the pace on image stabilization technology for many years – and the 5-axis, ultra-smooth VCM (voice coil motor) system found in the E-M5 Mark II raises the bar once again. With industry-leading five EV steps of compensation (as measured by CIPA standards), you can shoot sharp images in low light and capture silky smooth video, all without a tripod. And because the IS system is in the body of the camera, you’ll get blur-free results regardless of which lens you use. Another cool feature: in-body IS also prevents image shake in the Electronic Viewfinder to help you properly compose your shots!
